Commission details

The brokerage contract with LUXURY GARDA REAL ESTATE will be formalized through the signing of a separate agreement, in which the amount of the commission fee due in the event of a successful conclusion of the deal will be determined. The right to the commission accrues, in the case of a sale/purchase, at the time when the Purchaser becomes aware of the Seller's acceptance of their proposal; in the case of a rental, at the time when the Tenant-Proponent becomes aware of the acceptance of the rental proposal.
