Commission details

The brokerage contract with LUXURY GARDA REAL ESTATE will be formalized through the signing of a separate agreement, in which the amount of the commission fee due in the event of a successful conclusion of the deal will be determined. The right to the commission accrues, in the case of a sale/purchase, at the time when the Purchaser becomes aware of the Seller's acceptance of their proposal; in the case of a rental, at the time when the Tenant-Proponent becomes aware of the acceptance of the rental proposal. The Buyer is responsible for the registration tax, VAT if applicable, notary fees, stamp duty, cadastral and mortgage taxes, and any other applicable taxes and duties in force at that time.
